Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place a pan on medium heat.
  2. Add ghee until it melts.
  3. Add onion, garlic and ginger until the raw smell disappears. Onions will be translucent.
  4. Add tomatoes, turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, green chilies and pav bhaji powder.
  5. Add eggs and cilantro.
  6. Stir continuously until eggs are nearly runny. (Eggs cook on the plate. Do not overcook or eggs will be dry).
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
