Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add mustard oil in the pan and set the heat to medium.
  2. Add cumin, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cardamom, bay leaves and cloves.
  3. Add the carrots, peas, paneer, ginger and garlic paste and lower the heat.
  4. Add turmeric, honey and red chili powder. Mix well and wait for carrots to loose moisture.
  5. Add garam masala and salt to taste.
  6. Garnish with cilantro.
