Carrot, Peas & Paneer Sabji

Ingredients
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Paneer
- 4 Green Chilies
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- ½ tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ tsp Bay Leaves
- 3 Cloves
- 3 Cardamom
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- Julienne Ginger
- Fresh Cilantro to garnish
Preparation
- Add mustard oil in the pan and set the heat to medium.
- Add cumin, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cardamom, bay leaves and cloves.
- Add the carrots, peas, paneer, ginger and garlic paste and lower the heat.
- Add turmeric, honey and red chili powder. Mix well and wait for carrots to loose moisture.
- Add garam masala and salt to taste.
- Garnish with cilantro.
